These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Fragrance World website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from our website.

Product Descriptions

The Fragrance World sells luxury-inspired fragrances. Our products are independently created formulations inspired by well-known designer and niche fragrances. They are independently created, inspired-by formulations. We do not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or connection to the original fragrance houses or brands.

Designer and brand names are referenced solely for the purpose of comparison and to help customers identify the scent profile they are looking for. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual appearance of the product. Minor variations in fragrance formulation may occur between batches.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, although any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (via Stripe)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later · subject to Klarna's own terms and credit approval)

Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Delivery

We offer the following delivery options for UK orders:

• Standard Delivery: £3.99. Free on orders over £50. 3-5 working days
• Express Delivery: £4.99. 1-2 working days. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri

Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Express orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, although we make every effort to meet them. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

International delivery is available to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your fragrance for a refund or exchange.

• Returns accepted on 50ml and 100ml sizes only. No returns on 5ml samples
• No returns on clearance items
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• We do not refund the original postage charge
• Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Exchanges (UK only): £3.99 reship charge applies

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fragrance World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors or viruses. We are not responsible for any damage to your device or data resulting from your use of our website.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
