Returns Policy
Not happy with your fragrance or accidentally ordered the wrong item? Don't worry. You have up to 30 days from the date you received your order to return your fragrance to us for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, use our returns portal. From there you can select which items you want to return. Our customer support team will authorise the return and you will receive shipping information via email.

- The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning the item to us
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date
- We accept returns on 50ml and 100ml sizes only. There are strictly no returns accepted for 5ml samples. Any return requests for samples will be rejected
- We do not cover the cost of returning your item to us
- We do not refund the original postage charge
- No returns are accepted on clearance items
Exchanges
Changed your mind on the scent? We offer exchanges on UK orders. Simply request an exchange through our returns portal and send the item back. Once we receive it, we will reship your new scent.
- UK exchanges only: You will be charged £3.99 to reship your new scent
- The same 30-day window and return conditions apply
Refund Timeline
We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving your item. Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will send you an email to confirm your return has been approved. Your refund will then be applied to your original payment method.
Please note, this usually takes a few days to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund within seven days of our confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer support team and we will look into it for you.
Damaged Items
If your item has arrived damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please do not throw away the item. You will be required to send a photo for us to investigate further.
Uncollected Parcels
If you missed your parcel being delivered, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect it from your nearest delivery office. If you fail to do this within the timeframe the courier retains your parcel, it will be returned to us.
Due to the costs incurred, there is a £4.50 charge to be paid before we can reship the order to you. Alternatively, this will be deducted from your refund.
Incorrect Address
We cannot change an address once the order has been placed. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery details are correct before confirming your purchase.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, it is your responsibility to try and retrieve the package from the incorrect address. If the parcel is returned to us, you will be liable for the courier's return fee of £4.50, which must be paid before we can reship. Alternatively, this will be deducted from your refund.
