We're an online business, but we blend, bottle and dispatch everything ourselves from our own premises at Ditton Road, Widnes, WA8 0NP, just outside the UK. If you're local you are welcome to visit us there or collect your order in person, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. If you're collecting an order, drop us a message at customersupport@thefragranceworld.co.uk first so we can have it ready for you.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any 50ml or 100ml fragrance for a refund or exchange. Email our customer support team with your order number and the items you would like to return. Our team will authorise it and send you shipping details. Return postage is your responsibility. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the item. We'd rather lose a sale than a customer.

Yes. Email our customer support team to request an exchange, then send the item back. Once we receive it, we will reship your new scent. Exchanges are available for UK orders only, with a £3.99 reship charge. The same 30-day window and return conditions apply.

Spray Points is our free rewards programme. You earn 10 Spray Points for every £1 you spend, plus 300 points just for creating an account. Points turn into money off: 500 points is £5 off, 1,000 is £10, 1,500 is £15, 2,000 is £20 and 2,500 is £30. You redeem from 500 points upwards, applied as a discount at checkout. There is nothing to buy and no catch.

Sign in to your account, add your fragrances to your cart, and choose your reward at the cart or checkout to apply the discount. You can redeem once you reach 500 points (£5 off). If you have fewer than 500, your points sit safely in your account and keep building with every order until you cross the threshold.

Your points are tied to your email address. If you have points from an order or from our earlier rewards programme but no account yet, create an account using the same email you shopped with and your balance will link automatically. Sign in and you will see it in the My Account area.
