Important Information
Order Amendments
Due to our fast automated processing, we're unable to make changes to orders once they've been placed. Please double check your delivery address and order details before confirming your purchase.
Courier Changes
Occasionally we may need to switch couriers to maintain the best possible service. We'll always aim to keep delivery times and service levels consistent when this happens.
Delays
Whilst our couriers always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, external factors outside our control can occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
Non-Receipt of Orders
All orders are sent fully tracked. In the rare event your tracking shows as delivered but your order hasn't arrived, please contact us at customersupport@thefragranceworld.co.uk and our team will ask you to complete a short form to open a formal investigation with the courier. Investigations can take up to 14 days and we'll keep you updated throughout.
