Is it actually an Eau De Parfum (EDP)?

Yes. Every fragrance is formulated at 22-30% oil concentration. That is genuine EDP quality. Most high street "designer" perfumes are only 15-20%.

Will the scent last all day?

Our customers consistently report 8-12 hours of longevity. The higher oil concentration means you get more staying power than most designer alternatives.

How similar is it to the inspiration scent?

94% of our customers say our fragrances smell identical to the luxury originals. We use the same fragrance families, notes, and concentration levels.

Can I return a perfume if I do not like the smell?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any 50ml or 100ml fragrance for a refund or exchange. Use our returns portal to start the process. Return postage is your responsibility. Refunds processed within 3 working days.

Are your perfumes Vegan and Cruelty-Free?

Yes. Every single fragrance is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and use no animal-derived ingredients.

Where are your perfumes made?

All our fragrances are expertly blended and bottled in Liverpool, UK. We work directly with master perfumers to ensure quality at every step.

How long does a reed diffuser last?

Our reed diffusers last up to 3 months depending on placement and how many reeds you use. Rooms with more airflow will diffuse the scent faster.

How do I get a stronger scent throw?

Use all the reeds provided and flip them every 2-3 days. Placing the diffuser near a doorway or in a hallway helps the scent carry through your home. Avoid placing in direct sunlight or near radiators as heat evaporates the oil faster.

Is this an original scent or inspired by a designer?

Our reed diffusers are TFW originals. Each fragrance is created in-house by our team. They are not inspired by or intended to replicate any existing designer fragrance.

Where should I place a reed diffuser?

Hallways, living rooms, and bedrooms work best. Place on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and out of reach of children and pets. Avoid placing on polished, painted, or plastic surfaces as the oil may cause marks.

Are your reed diffusers Vegan and Cruelty-Free?

Yes. Every product we make is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and use no animal-derived ingredients.

Can I return a reed diffuser?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused reed diffuser with the original closure cap. Return postage is your responsibility. We cannot process returns without the closure cap.
