You have 30 days from delivery to return any 50ml or 100ml fragrance for a refund or exchange. Use our returns portal to select the items you want to return. Our team will authorise it and send you shipping details. Return postage is your responsibility. Refunds are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the item. We'd rather lose a sale than a customer.

Yes. Request an exchange through our returns portal and send the item back. Once we receive it, we will reship your new scent. Exchanges are available for UK orders only, with a £3.99 reship charge. The same 30-day window and return conditions apply.
