We understand you may wish to test your fragrance before deciding to keep it. You’re welcome to spray it once or twice, but we can’t accept returns for bottles that have been used beyond this or are outside the 30-day return period. Any items that don’t meet these conditions will be returned to you.
If you purchased a bundle set, the entire set must be returned to qualify for a refund. If you’d like to return just part of a bundle, we can offer an exchange instead.
For Home Reed Diffusers, please make sure to keep the closure cap, as we’re unable to process returns without it.
