International Shipping Rates

Good news! We are now able to ship to the following European Countries:

We dispatch our international orders once a week on a Wednesday. The shipping time is calculated from the dispatch date. 
Please allow up to 7 working days for all international deliveries.

**Import duties and taxes may be charged at checkout to ensure a seamless delivery**

Returned to sender - if an international order is returned to sender, there is a £15 charge that will be deducted from the refund. This is to partially cover costs charged to us for returning the item. 

Key information: 

All orders are sent fully tracked. If you claim to have not received your order despite the tracking saying it has been delivered, you will be required to complete a 'non receipt of goods form' and we will launch an investigation with the courier which can take up to 14 days. Please email customersupport@thefragranceworld.co.uk and our customer service team will be able to initiate this for you. We will let you know the outcome of the investigation once we hear back from the courier.
