Please appreciate that when your order has been placed, we are on it! We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so this request may not be possible. 

What does your tracking information say?

If you opted for standard delivery you can track your order here: Track my order

You will find your tracking number on your shipping confirmation email (if you are unable to locate this please check your junk box as they can often filter in to here).

If you opted for DPD next day delivery you will receive text messages with an update of your delivery and an up to date tracking link.

If you have not received your order within the given time frame then please email customersupport@thefragranceworld.co.uk and we will be able to assist you. All of the time frames given are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We can only sincerely apologise if you have received the wrong product from The Fragrance World.

Please email us at customersupport@thefragranceworld.co.uk with your full name, order number and a photograph of the item you have received. We will resolve this for you ASAP.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order for an item that has not been made physically available, with the understanding that it will be delivered to you at a later date. When we list an item as a pre-order, it means we anticipate the item will be available soon.


When will my pre-order item ship?

We list the estimated shipping date with the item for all pre-order items. Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. And another when your package has been dispatched. If you do not receive an order confirmation or dispatch notification email, please check your spam or junk folder or contact our customer care team via email at customersupport@thefragranceworld.co.uk or live chat on our website.


What should I do If I want an in-stock item AND a pre-order item?

You can order both in-stock items and pre-order items at the same time. You will receive the all item together, as soon as the pre-ordered item is available. You will get a notification confirming your pre-order and a dispatch notification email for the whole package to let you know your order is on its way. 


What should I do if I decide I no longer want my pre-order item?

Please get in touch with us at customersupport@thefragranceworld.co.uk as soon as possible and our friendly team will assist in cancelling your order.


UK Standard Delivery (2 - 5 working days) - £1.99


We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day however during busy periods this can take slightly longer. We will always notify you of any significant delays to your order.

DPD Next Day Delivery (Order before 12pm) - £3.99


Our cut off time for Next Day Delivery is 12pm. Any orders made after this will be dispatched the following working day. This service delivers parcels Monday - Friday ONLY. For Saturday delivery please select Saturday Delivery at checkout.

DPD Saturday Delivery - £15

Our cut off time for this service is 12pm Friday.

We will try our best to get this actioned, when possible. Please note, as we try and dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently, this request may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

To return your order please email customersupport@thefragranceworld.co.uk , you will be provided with a returns label* and information on where to drop off your parcel.

Our returns are all made via Royal Mail.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return it back to us.

We are unable to accept returns on the 5ml sample sizes.

*Please note we do not offer free returns. We provide a prepaid returns label and a cost of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage.

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of receiving your returned The Fragrance World parcel. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Once processed, refunds can take up to 5 working days to be reaccredited to your original payment method.

We will allow an exchange if you have ordered the incorrect scent.

We will charge a standard rate of £2.50 to return the fragrance to us and a further £1.99 to reship the new fragrance to you.

Please email customersupport@thefragranceworld.co.uk with a photo of the damage and a member of our team will be able to advise the next steps to resolve the problem. We require photographic evidence to issue a replacement of the damaged item.
