Please email us at email@example.com stating your full name and order number and we will provide you with a returns label.
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
We accept returns on 50ml & 100ml sizes.
- The Fragrance World do not cover the cost of returning your item to us and a deduction of £2.50 will be made from your refund to cover the cost of postage.
- We do not refund the original postage charge
We cannot accept returns on our 5ml sample sizes.
Refunding your purchase
We aim to process returns within 72 hours of receiving your return. Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know your return has been approved. Once approved your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this usually takes a few days to go through.
If you haven’t received your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer service team. We’ll be happy to look into it for you.
Exchanging your fragrance
We completely understand sometimes you might order the wrong fragrance or have changed your mind. We will allow an exchange of your order however this must be approved by our customer support team.
You will be charged £4.50 to cover the cost of returning the fragrance to us and reshipping your new fragrance (via standard delivery). This will be invoiced to you once your exchange has been approved.
Returned to Sender
If in the event you missed your parcel being delivered, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or to collect it from your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office or DPD Parcel shop. If you fail to do this within the timeframe Royal Mail / DPD retains your parcel and your parcel will be returned to us. When this happens you can request for us to resend your parcel again and you will be charged £4.50 to repost the item.
Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund there will be £4.50 reduction to your refund to cover charges made by the carrier to return your item.
If the address you entered as your shipping address is incorrect please let us know as soon as possible so that we can update it before your order is dispatched. We can't change an address once the order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these details are correct.
If the parcel has been dispatched prior to receiving contact of the shipping address being incorrect it is the responsibility of the customer who placed the order to try and retrieve the package from this address. In the event the parcel is returned to us then the customer is liable to pay for the re-postage of the order, which will be invoiced upon receipt of the item at a rate of £4.50.
Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund there will be £4.50 fee deducted from your refund to cover charges made from the carrier for returning your item to us.
