Not happy with your fragrance or accidentally ordered the wrong item? Don’t worry, you have up to 14 days to return it for a refund.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number.
RETURN GUIDELINES for a refund:
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The Fragrance World reserves the right to refuse excessive returns.
- Buyer to pay postage to return item to us (does not need to be a tracked service, standard 1st or 2nd class is acceptable)
- Please email proof of postage to email@example.com
Refunding your purchase
Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we’ll send you an email to let you know your return has been approved. Once approved your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this usually takes a few days to go through.
If you haven’t received your refund within seven days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch with our customer service team. We’ll be happy to look into it for you.
Do you exchange orders?
We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective. To initiate an exchange please state this in your email to us.
